FAYETTEVILLE, ARK: Summit Place Arkansas is hosting a Property Owners Association event for residents within the Summit Place Community! The event takes place on August 10th, 2025.

The event is set to begin at 6 p.m. and will have a live DJ, food from Wrights BBQ, and other activities. Meet 5 News Weather Forecaster Joshua Wisel and see the 5 News Storm Chaser. “Every vote count’s” as residents will be voting on updated bylaws and discussing neighborhood covenants.

This will be the last opportunity to pay 2025 dues without a late fee (this does not include any late fees prior to the 2025 annual assessments)
